Not Just For The Beach, in conjunction with the United States Postal Service, will attempt to deliver our product in keeping with postal service delivery expectations. The postal service does not telephone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. Not Just For The Beach is not responsible for: ​ • Deliveries to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender. • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from lack of a complete address supplied by the sender. • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the customer. • A reshipping fee equal to the exact cost of shipping may be assessed when the sender supplies us with an erroneous address and the product is returned to us and re-delivery is requested. We will be happy to assist you with order changes or cancellations, provided that the order has not physically shipped from our shop.
